益气养阴方治疗病毒性心肌炎30例

摘　　要：观察益气养阴方 (黄芪、太子参、生地黄、麦门冬、茯苓、丹皮 )治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效。设治疗组 (益气养阴方 ) 3 0例 ,对照组 (生脉饮 ) 3 0例 ,疗程 4周 ,作疗效对比。结果 :治疗组总有效率 75 % ,对照组 3 6% ,P <0 .0 1 ;症候改善总有效率治疗组为 70 % ,对照组为 44 % ,P <0 .0 5 ;尤其对胸闷、胸痛、心悸的症状改善 ,治疗组分别为 69%、79%、64 % ,对照组为 45 %、44 %、40 %。提示益气养阴方治疗病毒性心肌炎有较好疗效。To observe the therapeutic effects of “Qi Yin Enriching Formula”(comprising Astragalus root,Pseudostellaria root,dried Rehmannia root and Ophiopogon root,etc)in treating viral myocarditis,30 cases(treatment group) were treated by the formula and another 30 cases(control group)were treated by“Pulsation Promoting Beverage”;after 4 week treatment,their effects were compared.Results showed that the total effective rate was 75% in treatment group and 36% in control group,with a striking difference( P <0.01);the total effective rate in improving symptoms was 70% in treatment group and 44% in control group,with a difference( P <0.05),the effective rates in improving chest fullness,chest pain and palpitation were respectively 69%,79% and 64% in treatment group and 45%,44% and 40% in control group.
