摘  要:对近期筛选出的一种重质烃合成反应性能良好的Co/SiO2 催化剂进行了 5 0 0h的寿命试验 ,考察了在不同反应温度、压力和空速条件下催化剂的反应性能 .结果表明 ,随着反应的进行 ,催化剂合成重质烃的选择性基本保持不变 ,但催化剂的活性缓慢下降 ;经原位再生后 ,催化剂活性可基本恢复到原来的水平 .烃产物主要由烷烃组成 ,C5+ 中烯烃仅占 2 2 5 % ,产物主要集中在C12 ~C2 0 馏分段 ,水相产物中含 3 5 6 %~ 6 5 6 %的有机含氧化合物 。A Co/SiO 2 catalyst is prepared and used in F T reaction for the synthesis of heavy hydrocarbons. The effects of various operation conditions including temperature, pressure and space velocity on its performance are investigated and a test for the catalyst stability is carried out for 500 h. The experimental results show that the C 5+ selectivity has only a little change on stream, but CO conversion gradually decreases. Thus the reaction temperature must be raised slowly to maintain the catalyst activity. After H 2 regeneration in situ , the activity is approximately recovered to the original level. Hydrocarbon products are mainly composed of alkane and the content of alkene in C 5+ hydrocarbons is about 2 25%. C 12 ~C 20 distillate range is superior in hydrocarbon products. The products in water phase contain 3 56%~6 56% of oxygenates which are mainly lower carbon number alcohols.
