摘 要:以磺丁内酯为衍生试剂合成了两种不同取代度的磺丁基_β_环糊精 ,并对合成产物进行了表征。以这两种负电性的磺丁基_β_环糊精衍生物作为毛细管电泳手性添加剂 ,考察了它们对酸、碱性手性药物的手性拆分性能 ,以及不同取代度对手性拆分的影响。Two kinds of sulfobutyl ether _ β _ cyclodextrins with different degrees of substitution were synthesized and characterized. Sulfobutyl ether _ β _ cyclodextrins could be used as a chiral resolving agent for the capillary electrophoretic separation of enantiomers in high _ pH and low _ pH background electrolytes. The effect of the degree of substitution in sulfobutyl ether _ β _ cyclodextrins on chiral separation was investigated. It was proved that sulfobutyl ether _ β _ cyclodextrins were strong complexing agents for basic and acidic analytes. And it was also proved that the chiral additive with degree of substitution of 3.8 had better resolving performance in chiral separation of acidic and basic drugs than the chiral additive with degree of substitution of 1.3.
