摘  要:从中国南海红藻鹧鸪菜(Caloglossaleprieurii)中首次分离得到二肽金色酰胺醇酯(aurantiamideacetate)。利用1H - 1HCOSY、13C - 1HCOSY、HMBC等二维谱手段鉴定了该化合物的结构 ,对其1H和 13CNMR的信号进行了归属 ,并且确定了其绝对构型。From the red alga Caloglossa leprieurii, which was collected from the Xisha Islands in the South China Sea, a white crystalline compound was isolated. The compound was identified as the known modified dipeptide, aurantiamide acetate by MS and NMR. The structure of aurantiamide acetate was determined by two _ dimensional NMR spectroscopy for the first time. All the 1H and 13C NMR data were assigned unambiguously. The absolute configuration of aurantiamide acetate from marine organism was also confirmed.
