摘  要:建立了一种测定L_磺基丙氨酸的反相高效液相色谱法 ,以邻苯二甲醛和巯基乙醇为柱前衍生化试剂 ,控制衍生化反应时间为2min ,固定相为Hypersil -C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm) ,流动相为0.05mol/LNaAc -THF -CH3OH(体积比为30∶0.15∶70),荧光检测激发波长315nm ,发射波长450nm ,L_磺基丙氨酸在0~8.0μg间与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系 ,相关系数为0.9984 ,相对标准偏差为3.4 % (n=6,m=4.0μg)。A method for the determination of L _ cysteic acid by reversed _ phase high _ performance liquid chromatography was developed. A L _ cysteic acid sample was derivatized by o _ phthalaldehyde and mercaptoethanol for 2 min on pre _ column, then separated with Hypersil-C18 column and detected with a fluorescence detector. A 0.05 mol/L NaAc-CH3OH-THF(30∶70∶0.15 by volumn) system was used as a mobile phase with a flow rate 1.0 mL/min. There is a good linear relationship between content of L _ cysteic acid and the peak area in the range of 0~8.0 μg, with correlation coefficient r=0.998 4. The RSD of the method is 3.4%(n=6, m=4.0 μg). The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
