摘　　要：本文介绍两种不同类型的 L CD用背光源 ,并描述了背光源光学系统的工作原理。一种是非偏振光亮度增强型背光源 ,另一种是偏振光亮度增强型背光源。相对于 L CD而言 ,它们都从 L CD的外部结构着手而不是从其内部结构着手来改进 LThis paper introduces two different kinds of the luminance enhancemant backlighting units for LCDs,and describes the operating principles of the backlighting optics.One is the unpolarized light luminance emhancement backlighting unit,the other is the polarized light luminance enhancement backlighting unit.They improve LCD performance externally to LCD rather than internally.
