摘  要:用免疫组织化学法,在光镜和电镜下对大鼠脑内 GnRH 神经元和纤维的分布及特性进行了观察。GnRH 神经元主要分布于内侧隔区、斜角带和视前内侧区,少量神经元见于下丘脑。GnRH 神经元可分光滑型和棘型,二者包括单极和双极,多极及假单极少见。在GnRH 神经元之间有多种形式的细胞间接触。GnRH 纤维分布广泛,以正中隆起和终板血管器最为密集。电镜下,GnRH 神经元的细胞器较为发达,其胞体和末稍上有突触连接。对 GnRH 神经元的功能和分泌调控进行了讨论。The distribution and characteristics of immunoreactive GnRH neurons and fibers were studied inrat brain by immunohistochemistry at light and electron microscopic levels.GnRH neurons weremainly distributed in medial septai area(MS),diagonal band(DB)and medial preoptic area(MPOA).A few GnRH neurons appeared in hypothalamus.Two types of GnRH neurons were distinguished,smooth neurons and spiny neurons,both include unipolar and bipolar ones.Multipolar and pseudo-unipolar cells were rare.Various forms of intercellular contacts between GnRH neurons wereobserved.The GnRH fibers were widely dispersed in the brain.The most dense accumulation ofGnRH fibers was seen in the OVLT and ME.At electron microscopic level,GnRH neurons had well-developed organelles and synaptic junctions were found on the perikarya and terminals.The functionalsignificance of GnRH neurons and the mechanism in control of GnRH secretion were discussed.
