棉酚对大鼠子宫内膜及主要脏器超微结构的影响

摘  要:本文探讨棉酚作大鼠宫内一次性注射以达到抗早孕目的的同时,观察子宫内膜及内脏细胞的超微结构变化。21只大鼠分实验组和对照组,给药后于不同时间取样作电镜观察。结果显示棉酚对子宫内膜上皮细胞、腺细胞及蜕膜细胞均有不同程度的损伤。但这些损伤引起的超微结构变化,多数是可逆的,可逐步修复的,对内脏细胞基本无毒性反应。根据实验结果结合以往工作,证明棉酚通过一次性宫内给药是一种较安全、有效的抗早孕方法。Gossypol as a drug for the termination of early pregnancy has reported recently.This work wasattempted to study the ultrastructural changes of rat endometrium and visceral organs after treatmentwith gossypol.21 Sprague-Dawlay rats treated with 1.5mg(0.15ml)gossypol acetate on each side ofuterus on the 7th day of pregnancy were killed at different time of pregnancy and examined underelectron microscope.The results indicated that various ultrastructural alterations in the epithelial cells,gland cells anddecidual cells of endometrinm were damagesd bytoxic effects of gossypol in different degrees.However,most of these alterations were reversible,and the cell damages were repairable gradually as soon asdrug stopped treating.The cells of visceral organs were basically normal.From these observations together with former works,it is belived that the single injection ofgossypol acetate in uterus is a safty and effective method for the termination of early pregnancy.
