腹腔内液体的B超检查和定量测定

摘  要:目的 通过应用B超测定子宫直肠凹内的液体,探讨一种应用B超测定腹腔内液体量较准确的方法。方法 对16例输卵管通液病人输入腹腔的液体及9例宫外孕病人的腹腔内出血进行B超检查,并将测得液体的图象体积与腹腔内的实际液体量进行回归分析,探讨两者的关系。结果 病人取半卧位时B超测得的子宫直肠凹内液体的图象体积与实际液体量呈直线相关,相关系数r=0.9725(p<0.005),直线方程为Y=50+8.4X。结论 应用B超测定子宫直肠凹内液体的图象体积,可计算出实际液体量,公式为Y=50+8.4X(Y代表实际液体量,X代表B超检查的图象体积)。该公式尚有待于在临床工作中进一步修正。Purpose To approach a method for the ascitic fluid measurement by dint of ultrasonography of the fluid in Douglas Pouch. Methods 16 cases with salpingo-hydrapertubation and 9 ectopic pregnant cases with internal hemorrhage in the peritoneal cavity were studied. The volume of the peritoneal fluid (the liquid put into peritoneal cavity in the former cases and the internal hemorrhage in the latter) was ultrasonically measured, and then the ultrasonographic volume and the real amount were statistically analyzed. Results The sonographic volume and the real amount of the peritoneal fluid in the 25 cases were found to be statistically correlated (p < 0.005) . Linear regression analysis also showed there was a linear correlation between them. The linear regression equation was Y = 50 + 8. 4X, which the test showed statistically available ( p < 0.01). Conclusion With the help of ultrasonogrphy, the amount of peritoneal fluid could be calculated by means of the equation Y=50+8.4X. However it will be expected to be revised or even corrected in the clinical practice afterwards.
