摘  要:目的 评价螺旋CT表面遮盖法(SSD)和多平面重建(MPR)在诊断髋臼骨折的临床应用价值。方法 42例经X片明确诊断髋臼骨折作常规CT、MPR重建和SSD重建。SSD经去除股骨头后,前后位、后前位、上斜外侧位和足头位显示。MPH的冠状面和矢状面平面重建,沿前柱、后柱、髋臼窝曲面重建。结果 各例经MPR和SSD重建后均清晰显示髋臼骨折情况,并经手术证实。SSD在骨折分型、骨折片大小和移位程度方面优于X线平片和常规CT,MPR在关节脱位和骨折片移位程度方面优于X线平片和常规CT。结论 SSD和MPR重建有助于了解复杂骨折类型,合适的重建方法能在较短时间内显示最佳效果。Purpose To evaluate clinical application value of SSD and MPR technique with spiral CT in diagnosing acetabular fractures. Methods Acetabular fractures in 42 patients were imaged by plain radiography, transaxial CT, MPR reformats, and SSD reformats. In the SSD reformats without femur, the following orientations were displayed: (a)front view; (b)rear view; (c)undersurface view; (d)oblique outboard view. In the MPR reformats, the following views were displayed: (a)frontal reconstruction; (b)sagittal reconstruction; (c)along the anterior column; (d)along the posterior column; (e)along acetabular socket. Results all the images of 42 cases with SSD and MPR reformats corresponded with surgery in classification,size,displacement of fracture SSD was better than X-plain and transaxial CT. In joint dislocation and displacement of fracture SSD was better than X-plain and transaxial CT. In joint dislocation and displacement of fracture MPR was better than X-plain and transaxial CT. Conclusion The appropriate method of the SSD and MPR reformats gain the best result in short time.
