摘　　要：本文论述了加强林业金费征管的一种有效方法 ,提出了‘源头征收、实时监控’的林业金费征管模式 ,并介绍了保证此种征管模式有效实施的计算机软件系统的流程。This paper mainly states a useful method for collecting and managing forestry fund and fee,that is the model of collection from resources and management on line,it introduces the principle of the computer software system used for collecting and managing forestry fund and fee,and also gives a practical example.
