摘　　要：文章从对比较利益学说的批判着手 ,分析了我国现阶段应着手抓好劳动密集型和资本技术密集型产业的发展。文章最后给出了一些关于产业发展的制度创新思考。Starting from the critique of the theory of comparative advantage,the paper analyses China's present situations and concludes that China shall make good efforts to the development of labor-intensive and capital-and-technology-intensive industries.It calls forth readers'attention to the system innovation of industrial development.
