裙带菜常温育苗试验

摘　　要：裙带菜Undaria pinnatifida是养殖品种之一,目前国内外都在进行养殖,苗源急需解决。室内常温育苗的办法是可行的,通过试验证明,只要掌握好裙带菜的采苗技术和在配子体、孢子体培养时期控制好海水温度,光线和营养盐等条件,是可以达到生产上的要求,为了促进裙带菜养殖事业的发展,室内常温育苗的方法有推广的必要。Undaria pinnatipida is one of culture species in China, Japan and Korea. Experiments of sporeling collection were conducted and results showed that the need of young sporelings in commercial culture can be met if sea water temperture, lightdeonsity, nutrition and other cultivation condition are suitable for sporophytes and gametophytes. One hundred and eighty million young sporelings of U. pinnatipida were obtained in a 10m^2 sea water.tank at room temperture. It seems that popularization of the new technique will be helpful to the development of mass culture of U. pinnatipida.
