摘  要:本文选用耐盐性不同的4个禾本科牧草品种,对叶片相对含水量、叶片细胞膜透性、叶片游离脯氨酸累积量、叶片相对水势值和根系相对活力5个生理指标进行了研究。研究表明,这5个生理指标都可作为评价禾本科牧草耐盐性的生理指标。中高浓度盐处理(0.4%~1.0%)一个月期间,几次测定数据的平均值能更准确地反映品种间的耐盐性。通径分析表明,叶片相对水势值和叶片游离脯氨酸累积量是反映耐盐性的主要指标。盐胁迫后叶片游离脯氨酸的累积是一种生理伤害的反应。Five physiological indicators,i.e.the leaf relative water content,the leaf cell membranepermeability,the net accumulation of free proline in leaves,the relative leaf water potential and therelative root vigor were measured using four grass cultivars with different salt tolerance.These indicatorswere measured after the salt stress for 5,10,15,20,25 and 30 days in the NaCl stress treatments of 0.0,0.2%。0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,and 1.0%(NaCl/soil dry weight or w/v)respectively.The results showedthat these five physiological indicators are all suitable for salt evaluation.The cultivars with higher relativewater content,lower cell membrane permeability,less accumulation of free proline,higher relative waterpotential in leaves and higher relative root vigor are more salt tolerant.The mean value of severalmeasurements during one month of moderately high salt stress are more suitable for salt evaluation.The pathanalysis of these five physiological indicators to the salt tolerance reveals that the relative water potentialand the net accumulation of free proline in leaves have the strongest direct effects on the salt tolerance,andthey are the main indicators determining the tolerance.The mass free proline accumulation is a symptom ofsalt stress in grasses.
