摘　　要：组建以科技成果工程化、产业化为目标 ,以加速科技成果向现实生产力转化为宗旨的地方工程技术研究中心 ,不仅是促进科技与经济紧密结合的重要举措 ,也是建立技术创新体系、发展高科技、实现产业化、落实科教兴国方针的战略抉择。本文对地方工程技术研究中心的模式进行了深入调研和系统分折 ,指出有现实意义的三种模式及其发展趋势 ,这对地方工程技术研究中心的组建和健康发展有重要的借鉴作用。Aiming at the industrialization and the speedy transfer of scientific achievements, the building of regional engineering technical research Centre is not only an important move to promote the combination of science and economy, but also a strategic choice to set up a technical innovation system, to develop high technology ,to realize indus tralization and implement the policy of revitalizing China through science and education. In this paper ,the three models and their developmental tendencies of the regional engineering technical research centre have been put forward, on the base of the deep investigation and systematic analysis, which will paly an important imitating role for the building and the sound development of the centre.
