摘　　要：本文对139例患者的研究指出,用电子计算机分析左心室造影图像,可以精确地定虽测定左心室容量和总体及局部收缩功能。Analysis of left ventricular (LV) volume and global and regional ejection fraction in 30 control subjects and 109 patients with coronary artery disease was undertaken by iusing single plane angiography and a semiautomatic computer image processing system. Patients with coronary artery disease but without myocardial infarction had normal size left ventricle and slight depression of LV ejection fraction. However, LV volume increased and global and regional systolic performance decreased in patients with myocardial infarction. These changes became more prominent in those with anterior myocardial infarction. The reproducibility of determination of LV volume and ejection fraction by this computer-assisted technique was found excellent.This study indicates that LV volume and systolic performance can be quantified accurately by the computer method. It may be useful in the assessment of therapeutic intervention and evaluation of prognosis in patients with coronary artery disease.
