摘 要:本文首次应用国内制备的抗血清及建立的β-内啡肽样免疫活性物质(ir-β-EP)放射免疫测定方法,测定了失血性休克狗血浆ir-β-EP含量变化。测定结果显示,失血性休克时血浆ir-β-EP水平明显升高,且与休克程度相平行,表明iy-β-EP参与休克的病理生理过程,在休克的发生发展过程中具有重要意义。The radioimmunoreactive assay of β-endorphin-like-immunoreactivity (ir-β-EP) established by the Department of Physiology of our college was used to investigate dynamic changes of ir-β-EP in 9 mongrel dogs during hemorrhagic shock. Hypovolemia was initiated by shedding blood at a slow rate from the femoral artery. At 120 min after shedding, the MAP decreased from 18.6KPa (140mmHg) to 13.3KPa (100mmHg), at 200 min to 6.6KPa (50mmHg), and at 300 min to 3.3KPa(25mmHg). Blood samples were taken at the above-mentioned time. It was found that in the course of shock, plasma levels of ir-β-EP were significantly increased. This increase correlated with the decrease in MAP. The results demonstrated that opioid peptide β-endorphin may play a role in the pathophysiology of hemorrhagic shock.
