正常妊娠和妊娠高血压综合征血液AT_(Ⅲ),Fg及FDP的变化及意义

摘　　要：前瞻性观察了正常孕妇晚孕期和妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)患者血液抗凝血酶Ⅲ(ATⅢ)活性、纤维蛋白原(Fg)及纤维蛋白(原)降解产物(FDP)的动态变化。结果表明,正常孕妇晚孕期ATⅢ活性显著降低,Fg和FDP显著升高,提示正常孕妇血液呈现高凝状态。妊高征患者ATⅢ活性降低更甚,Fg升高更为明显,提示血液高凝状态更为明显。其中以ATⅢ活性下降最为恒定,86%妊高征患者ATⅢ活性低于同孕周正常孕妇对照组均值减一个标准差,表明ATⅢ活性测定是一项有临床应用价值的妊高征实验室辅助诊断指标。The present study prospectively investigated the changes in plasma antithrombin Ⅲ(ATⅢ)activity,fibrinogen and serum FDP in normal pregnant women and patients with gestational hypertension syndrome(GHS).The results revealed significant decrease in ATⅢ activity and increase in fibrinogen and FDP levels in normal pregnant women dur-ing the third trimester,The hypercoagulable state became more prominent in patients with GHS,evidenced by further decrease in ATⅢ activity and increase in fibrinogen,The significance of these changes was discussed,among which the decline in ATⅢ activity in GHS was the most constant finding,86 percent of the patients with GHS had an ATⅢ activity lowerthan (?)—1SD of the value of controls,which strongly suggested measurement of plasma ATⅢ activity in patients with GHS might be a potentially useful laboratory parameter in diagnosis of this disease.0
