河北省冬小麦条锈病及白粉病一般抗性选育探讨

摘　　要：在美国小麦锈病专家威廉·雷格林(Willian Q.Loegering) 的生物间遗传学观点启迪下,用选育一般抗性的方法,对河北省优良生产品种和主要抗源进行初探,希望能快速选出适合我省既抗病、农艺性状又好的优良品种及抗源。通过本试验选出冀麦23、原冬3号、CA841、CA8519、冀植88—5067、唐86—4043、88中54、小偃6号、遗4050等,可供进一步测试。Applying the method of screening for general resistance, lectured by William Q.Loegering (1980) , in intraorganismal genetics, 21 commercial cultivars and 16 major sources of resistance in Hebei Province were screened for good agronomic characters and resistance both to stripe rust and powdery mildew.The result from field experiment showed that the following cultivars were desirable·They were Jimai 23, Yuandong 3, CA841, CA8519, Jizhi88-5067, Tang 86-4043, 88Zhong 54, Xiaoyan 6 and Yi 4050,etc.
