摘　　要：本文采用导模传输分析法分析多模波导的传输特性 ,模拟多模波导横向场分布 ,得到了多模波导3种干涉单像和多像位置的表达式 ,为多模干涉耦合器的参数设计提供了有利的手段。In this paper,the guided-mode propagation analysis method is used for analyzing the light propagation in multimode waveguide and calculating optical field distribution.The positions of single-images and multi-images are also got.These analysis results can be used to design multimode interference coupler devices.
