摘　　要：本文通过实地调查，分析了贵州省金沙县新化苗族彝族满族乡经济发展所取得的成就及原因，指出树立抢抓机遇、走开放促开发之路，多办实事，民族工作部门要主动参与民族地区的建设，是新化民族乡给人的启示。Based on field investigation, this article makes an analysis of the economic achieve- ment of Xinhua township where is mixed with Miao, Yi and Man ethnic groups, pointing out that taking opportunities, opening up to boost development, being practical, and more active participa- tion of Ethnic Affairs departments in the construction of ethnic region are the inspiration from the successful story of Xinhua Township.
