摘　　要：文章结合我国海域及石油污染的现状 ,探讨了我国海洋环保法制建设在该方面所取得的成就及不足 ,并提出了相关对策 ,以期合理开发海洋资源 ,实现海洋资源的可持续利用和有效保护。Based on a discussion of the environmental status quo of our country's sea areas and of oil pollution there, this essay analyzes the achievements and the loopholes of our country's legal system for sea environmental protection, and suggests further measures to take for effective protection and rational, sustainable utilization of sea resources.
