摘　　要：电子档案是一种新型的知识载体，它的性质和特点决定了它的时代优越性。作为一种新的事物，面临着一系列的问题和挑战。针对电子档案保护面临的问题和困惑，分析提出了相应的解决办法和建议。：The electronic archive,as a new medium of knowladge,owns the nature and characteristics which determine its excellence of age.At the same time,it was challenged as an original matter.In this article,many countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to counter the problems and perplexities in protecting the electronic archive.
