摘　　要：本文根据60年代初以来,我国有关海洋站的海滨冰情观测资料,重新给出了渤海和黄海北部沿海的冰期及冰期要素的多年平均变化状况和极值年份变化状况的特征值;根据1974年以来有关诺阿（NOAA）卫星图片、飞机航测和破冰调查船等观测资料,给出了有关海区海冰生消的年际变化过程、旬平均结冰范围以及海冰的自然分布状况。In this Paper,according to the obtained data from seashore ice observations in some relevant marine stations of China since the early 1960s, the characteristic values of mean and extreme annual variations on ice periods and ice period elements are given anew in the Bohai sea and the northern part of the Huanghai Sea.With the use of the investigated data from relevant satellite images ( NOAA) , airborne surveys and ice breaker reseurch vessels since 1974, the course of annual variations of ice freezing and melting, the mean decadal ice extent and the natural distributions of sea ice in these areas are presented as well.
