应用芜菁夜蛾线虫防治梨象鼻虫的研究

摘　　要：试验表明,芜菁夜蛾线虫Mexican对梨象鼻虫幼虫具有很高的侵染力,当线虫剂量在150～2400条/虫范围内,3d后害虫死亡率达46.7～100％。在室温下(23℃～25℃)线虫能在梨象鼻虫幼虫尸体内大量繁殖,平均每虫尸繁殖侵染期线虫1.6万条。经试验证明能继续侵染陆续发生的梨象鼻虫幼虫。花盆试验表明,4weeks后害虫致死率达87～92％田间防治试验结果表明,4weeks后害虫死亡率达80.3～82.9％。The experiment showed that infectivity of steinernema feltiae Mex to larva of Rhynehites foveipennis Frm was very strong. Mortality rate of the insect at the third day after infection was 46.7～100% when number of nema rode infeted into a larva body was between 150～2400. The nematode infected could produce in dead body of larva at an average number of 16 thousands in eachbody at room temperature. The nematode produced in dead body had infectivity to the larva appeared in succession. Mortality rate was 87～92% at the fourth week after infected in pot , 80.3～82.9% in field.
