葡萄组织培养快速繁殖及微茎尖培养研究

摘　　要：通过对葡萄组织培养快速繁殖和微茎尖培养的接种、继代繁殖、生根及移栽等关键技术的研究,筛选出适于多种品种生长的广潜培养基.采用价格便宜的化学试剂等代用品配制培养基,使其成本降低46.3%至58.2%.其茎段培养方法已应用于繁殖珍贵的葡萄品种苗木,微茎尖培养将为培育无病毒苗提供技术准备.This paper concerns the researches about the key techniques of rapid prop-agation in vitro and inoculating of shoot apical meristems,furthermore,subcu-lturing,rooting,and transplanting.The media in which most varieties of grapegrew well have been screened.As cheap chemicals and materials were usedfor making media,the cost of the media decreased by 43.6% to 58.2%.The re-commended method for cultivating small cutting of grape was practically usedfor propagating new and valuable varieties of grape;while the shoot apicalmeristem culture may be used for obtaining virus-free plants.
