摘　　要：分析了机务段现存的包乘制、轮乘制及轮包结合制的优缺点,结合一个段,分析应采用的最佳乘务制度,并提出了应注意的薄弱点。The article offers an optimum crew working system by analysing the pros and cons of the present assigned crew working system, crew shifting system and a combined system in a depot station.Attention should be paid to weak link.
