摘　　要：研究了添加剂对 Sr Ti O3系高压介质介电性能的影响规律 ,并对各种添加剂的作用机理进行了解释。结果表明 Mn O2 的加入能降低介质的介质损耗 ,Dy2 O3的加入能提高介质的介电常数 ,Ca Ti O3、Mg Ti O3、Ni O的加入能降低该材料介电常数的温度变化率。This paper studies the effects and influnces of some additives on dielectric property of SrTiO 3 system high voltage capacitor.According to the results from experiments,a discussion is made theoretically and some useful conclusions are given as follows:Dielectric constant can be increased by Dy 2O 3,loss tangent can be cut down by MnO 2,and the dielectric temperature coefficient can be lowered by CaTiO 3、MgTiO 3 or NiO.
