摘　　要：对房建设计中普遍存在的一些错误问题进行了归纳总结分析。主要在结构设计、结构安全、土建施工图等方面进行了分析和论述，以便引起设计者的共同重视，防微杜渐，快速有效地提高设计质量。This paper summarizes and analyzes the common problems existing in the design of building construction,structural design,safety and civil construction drawing are mainly analysed and discussed to draw the attention of designers for a rapid and effective improvement of the design quality.
