摘  要:研究了S25C与SUS405钢的真空扩散焊接的异种接头结合性能。对于接头的变形率、抗拉强度及硬度进行了试验。提出了获得优质接头的真空扩散焊接的合理工艺参数。A study has been carried out for the joining behavior of vacuum diffusion welding between S25C and SUS405 dissimilar steel. The experiments are conducted for the deformation rate, the tensile strength, and the hardness of the joint. Through metallographic study and microstructure analysis, it is found that there is a recarburized layer and decarburized layer on the joint face seperately so that it makes the structure and hardness distribution uneven. The distribution of carbon and chromium are analyzed on microarea with electron probe. The procedure parameters to obtain the good enough vacuum diffusion welding joint is presented in the paper.
