摘  要:针对球形容器液压胀形工艺的特殊要求开发了专用的微机版计算机模拟系统 ,主程序采用弹塑性非线性有限元程序 ,专门开发了前后处理程序 .Spherical vessels made by using the integral hydro bulge forming technology have been widely used since the invention of the technology,it has been put into production.Therefore the computer simulation of the forming process and the computer aided design are needed.A PC version FEM system is stated in this paper specially for the analysis of forming spherical vessels.The main program is elastoplastic nonlinear FEM program,and the pre processors and post processors are developed.The programming for the pre processors and post processors is also described in this paper.
