摘　　要：介绍了新研制的多功能加氢接管内壁堆焊机,它集多种气电焊技术于一机,可实现TIG、弱等离子弧、MIG及CO_2药芯焊丝堆焊,可堆焊管內径50～300mm,最大管长2m,满足了各奥加氢设备的接管堆焊要求。采用微机控制多种气电焊工艺过程,是机/电一体化的自动化水平很高的专用设备,可长时间连续工作,且稳定可靠。The paper introduces the latest multi-function autosurfacing machine used for inner wall anticorrosion layer clading of small tubes in hydrocrackers or hydrogenation reaction chambers. The machine gathers the functions and merits of GMAW and GTAW techniques together which can be used as TIG, soft plasma arc, MIG or CO_2 welding unit respectively, to clad the tube diameter in the range of 50 to 300mm) with maximum length up to 2 m. It fulfils the requirements to surface different workpieccs inside the hydrocrackers and similar equipments. The machine is controlled by microcomputer to carry out cladihg process stablely and conlinuously especial for heavy duty.
