摘　　要：介绍了一种具有先进水平,应用广泛的接触式二维跟踪技术及其跟踪装置。采用的HG-1B型跟踪装置,结构简单、操作方便,主要用于U形及Y形坡口的直缝或环缝以及有参考面的不开坡口焊缝的跟踪技术。适用于埋弧焊和气体保护焊等常规弧焊工艺。This paper introduces a contact type two-dimentional seam tracking technique and device which possesses advanced level and is applied widely in production. The adopted HG-1B type seam tracking device, with simple structure and easy to operate, can be applied to both for tracking U and Y grooves in straight or girth weld and tracking the butt weld without groove as there is a reference face, It is useful for SAW and GMAW processes.
