水平直焊缝与水平圆形焊缝窄间隙埋弧焊技术

摘　　要：研制了适合水平直焊缝和水平圆形焊缝的窄间隙埋弧焊专用焊机。配合30万kW锅炉汽包的生产,研制了专用门式机架和深坡口打渣与排渣装置、直缝端头跟踪装置。完成了30万kW和60万kW锅炉汽包纵缝的窄间隙埋弧焊。A special design of narrow gap SAW machine is developed in order to weld straight and circular joints at flat position. For further application of the machine to production of 3MW steam drum of boiler, a particular portal frame,slag removing device for deep groove and end tracing device used for straight weld are developed also. The narrow gap welds of steam drums for 3 and 6MW boiler are well finished with this set of machine installation.
