摘 要:在力学性能不均匀裂纹体的裂纹尖端附近存在等效屈服强度和等效应变硬化指数,使得焊接接头裂纹体的断裂力学参量保持和现有的EPRI弹塑性断裂工程分析方法分析均匀材料断裂力学参量时相似的表达式,本文详细地研究了焊缝宽度、焊接接头的匹配性质、应力状态和焊缝及母材金属的力学性能对等效屈服强度和等效应变硬化指数的影响。结果表明,焊缝宽度、焊接接头的匹配性质等都对等效参量有明显的影响;等效参量受应力状态的影响很小;而且两个等效参量之间是相互独立的。There exist an equivalent yielding stress and equivalent strain hardening exponent in the vicinity of the crack tip of the heterogeneous crack body, which keeps the assessment expression of fracture mechanics parameters of weldment similar to that of the homogeneous material. In this paper, the effects of the width of weldment, matching properties of weldment, stress condition and mechanical properties of base metal and weld metal on the equivalent fracture mechanics parameters are investigated in detail. The conclusions showed that the width of weldment, matching properties of weldment have strong effects on the equivalent parameters, the stress condition has a little effect on the equivalent parameters and there is no relation between the two equivalent parameters.
