摘　　要：介绍了用Delphi实现的集散式气体定量灌装控制系统，对系 统的硬件组成、软件功能及其实现作了探讨，并详细讨论了数据通讯、监控、存储等功能的 设计原理及方法，给出了数据采集软件流程图。该系统投入使用后，效果很好，克服了传统 机械控制系统所存在的缺点，降低了工人的劳动强度，提高了产品质量和管理水平。The collective and distributive gas quantitative filling control system implemented with Delphi is described,and the system hard ware composition,software function and its implementation are inquired,and the design principle and method of such functions as data communication,monitor,storage et c.are discussed in detail,also software flowchart for data acquisition is given. The system produces the good results after putting into operation,which overcome s th e default existed in traditional mechanical control system,reduces labour intens ity of the worker,and improves the product quality and management level.
