摘　　要：在 IVECO汽车制动器总成国产化过程中，为了保证产品的可靠性，分析了意大利 IVECO公司的产品试验规范 ,结合制动器国产化后的具体要求，研制了一种具有先进性、多功能的制动器总成疲劳试验台。该试验台主要由执行机构、液压系统和控制系统组成。文章详细介绍了试验台的构造和工作原理。： In the process of domestic production of IVECO vehicle’ s brake assembly in order to ensure the reliability of the production， by analyzing the fatigue and expectancy experiments on the standard of IVECO Corp.’ s production， associated with the specific requirements of IVECO vehicle’ s brake after domestic production， an advanced and multi－ function brake assembly test－ bed,whih is composed of execute mechanism， hydraulic system and control system， has been developed.The structure and principle of the test－ bed has been detailed introduced in this article．
