摘　　要：本文介绍了一种半创成式计算机辅助回转类零件工艺设计系统。该系统以成组技术理为基础。用交互方式输入零件的几何信息和工艺信息,由计算机自动生成零件的GT代码,并根据GT代码自动生成零件工艺路线。该系统能进行尺寸链解算,计算工时定额,绘制零件工序图,打印输出零件工序卡和工艺路线卡。This paper introduces a semi-generative computer aided process planning system of rotational parts. The system is based on group technology ( GT ) principles. Geometrical and technical information of parts are inputed in an interactive way, the GT code of that part is generated automatically with a computer, and the process route is generated automatically in accordance with GT code. The system can solve dimensional linkage, calculate man-hour quota, make operation drawing, and print out the operation sheet and the process route sheet of a part.
