摘　　要：文章指出我国当前社区护理管理存在的问题 :社区护理管理体系不健全 ;业务管理不规范 ;人员分工不明确 ;护理人员素质不适应居民卫生保健需求 ;护理质量及人员考评机制不健全。提出对策 :领导重视 ,建立健全社区护理管理体系 ;建立制度 ,规范管理 ,完善社区护理内容 ;培训人员 ,提高社区护理队伍素质 ;研究制定社区护理质量和人员绩效考评制度。This paper discussed some problems exiting in community nursing management. The community nursing management system was imperfect. The stuff's responsibilities were unclear. The quality of nurses did not meet residents' demands on health care and the appraisal system of quality of community nursing did not set up perfectly yet. Some advices were put forward, such as establishing community nursing management system, perfecting contents of community nursing, improving quality of nurses by training and making an appraisal system of quality of community nursing according to merit.
