生技霉素对小鼠围产期毒性的研究

摘　　要：生技霉素对围产期雌性小鼠口服给药 ,剂量 2 0和 5 0 0 mg/ kg,另用 0 .5 % CMC溶液作阴性对照。自然分娩后将给药组小鼠产仔数、仔重及畸形等情况与对照组相比较 ;取一定数量各组 F1 代小鼠继续配对饲养 ,检测其存活、生长发育、生殖、运动、学习能力及其他异常症状 ,并进行病理组织学检查。试验证明 ,生技霉素对围产期雌性小鼠口服给药 2 0和 5 0 0 mg/ kg,各项功能和病理观察等指标均与阴性对照组无明显差异 ,生技霉素对小鼠无围产期毒性。Perinatal female mice were orally administered with shengjimycin at doses of 20 and 500mg/kg. 0.5% CMC was used as negative control. We compared the numbers, weights, and terata of administered groups with control group after delivery. Some F 1mice of every group were chosen to couple. Then we determined their survival rates, growth, reproduction, kinesis, study ability, abnormality and histopathology. Study showed that orally administered with shengjinmycin at doses of 20 and 500mg/kg, perinatal female mice were similar to those in negative control group on functions, histopathology and other aspects. Shengjimycin had no perinatal toxicity in mice.
