摘  要:从 ATP酶活性变化和自由基损伤方面研究川芎嗪和参麦注射液及其配伍而成的川芎参麦注射液对老龄大鼠脑缺血再灌注肝脏伤防护作用的机制。结果 ,老龄模型组肝脏出现明显的病理和功能损伤。用药各组肝脏组织和功能损害具有不同程度减轻。与老龄对照组比较 ,老龄模型组 Na+- K+- ATP酶活性降低而 Ca2 +- ATP酶活性和 MDA/ SOD比值增高。参麦组和川参组的 Na+- K+- ATP酶活性的提高和尼莫通组、川芎嗪组 Ca2 +- ATP酶活性降低及川芎嗪组 MDA/ SOD比值的下降较老龄模型组差异显著。故认为To study the protective mechanism of ligustrazine(LT),shenmai injection(SI),combination of ligustrazine and shenmai injection(LSI) to liver injury after brain ischemia reperfusion in aged rats from the change of ATP-ase and the injury of free radical.Results showed that liver distinct pathological and functional injury was found in the model's and this change was alleviated in every taking medicine group.The activity of Na + K + ATP-ase decreased,the Ca 2+ ATP-ase activity and MDA/SOD ratio increased in the AMG than those in the ACG.Compared with the AMG,the activity of Na + K + ATP ase was higher in the SPI and the LSI;the Ca 2+ ATP ase activity in the LT and the nimotop group and the MDA/SOD ratio in the LT.Sothe liver injury after brain ischemia reperfusion in aged rats was correlated with the changes of the ATP-ase activity and injury of free radical.
