长江中下游“缺震”现象

摘　　要：用短时段平均震级(?)减去相应长时期平均震级(?)得到平均震级差Δm。作Δm随时间变化曲线,从中发现自1986年以来,长江中下游地区存在“缺震”现象。应加强区内具有中强地震背景地段的地震监视。The average magnitude difference △m is gained by the average magnitude in i of short time period minus the relative one m of long time period, and then the curve of time variation △m is made out. From this it is found out that since 1986, the phenomen of 'seismic gas' has existed in the area of middle and lower reaches on the Yangtze River. So it is important to pay attenti on the seismic observation in the area where moderately strong earthquakes once occurred.
