摘　　要：本文在指出当前强化重点监视区地震工作重要意义的基础上,对在重点监视区内强化地震监测预报,建立防震救灾体系的重要性,可行性和应注意的问题进行了分析;对在减轻地震灾害工作中如何强化和发挥地震主管部门的政府职能作用及有关问题进行了阐述和探讨。This paper analyses some problems about strengthening seismic surveillance and prediction, importance and feasibility of setting up the system of schock proof and providing disaster relief on the basis of pointing out the important significance of seismic work in the key monitoring region. It also expounds and approaches some problems about how to strengthen and develop the governmental functions and actions of department responsible for seismic work during the work of reducing earthquake catastrophes.
