摘　　要：本文探讨儿童微创体外循环手术无血预充的可行性 .通过 2 5例病例的观察表明To study feasibility of homogeneous blood not transfuse on undergoing cardopumonary bypass for infants.The 25 cases showed it was safety and has no infaust postoperative influence.
