三种芦荟的组培快繁研究

摘　　要：库拉索芦荟 ( Aloe vera L.)、中国芦荟 [A.vera L.var.chinensis( Haw.) Berg.]、上农大叶芦荟 ( A.vera L.var SAC Gu.)三种芦荟的茎段和顶芽外植体在 MS附加 BA3～ 4 mg/L的培养基上培养 ,产生大量不定芽 .不定芽长大后 ,在 MS附加 IBA 1～ 2 mg/L+NAA 0 .2 mg/L的培养基上生根并形成完整植株 .生根试管苗经练苗后移入沙床 ,生长良好 .The stems and bud explants were cultured on MS media supplement with BA of 2~4 mg/L,and then a lot of buds were formed.The buds produced roots on MS media supplement with IBA of 1~2 mg/L and NAA of 0.2 mg/L and grew up finally.Plantlets were cultured and then transplanted into sand bed and they grew well.
