用FT-IR鉴别薄型塑料的成分  

The Distinguish of Material Quality of Thin Slice Plastice

摘　　要：Two samples of PVC thin slices materials were prepared by KBr pressing slices and tested with FT IR;X ray fluorometer and ICP The results show that:(1) The material quality of one kind of thin slice plastics(Z) are PVC resin,the plastifier containing the ester and a little additive;(2) The other kind of thin slice plastics(Y) consists of PVC resin,the plastifier containing the ester,CaCO 3 and a little additive;(3) The additives of Z and Y kind are same:organic tin as thermal stabilizer,something containing sulphur as light and oxygen stabilizer and TiO 2,as white cozer agent.Two samples of PVC thin slices materials were prepared by KBr pressing slices and tested with FT IR;X ray fluorometer and ICP The results show that:(1) The material quality of one kind of thin slice plastics(Z) are PVC resin,the plastifier containing the ester and a little additive;(2) The other kind of thin slice plastics(Y) consists of PVC resin,the plastifier containing the ester,CaCO 3 and a little additive;(3) The additives of Z and Y kind are same:organic tin as thermal stabilizer,something containing sulphur as light and oxygen stabilizer and TiO 2,as white cozer agent.
