摘　　要：法律对效益的促进作用表现为法律能够使社会以较小或较少的投入获得较大或较多的产出，以满足人们的需求。文章分析了法律对自然资源和社会资源的分配效益和利用效益的促进作用，同时也阐述了法律如何提高自身利用效益的问题。The promotion function of the law on beneficial result is embodied in the fact that the law enables the society to get more benefit with less investment to meet the needs of the people．This paper analyses the promotion function of the law on the beneficial result from distribution and utilization of natural and social resources．This paper also expounds how the law promotes the benefit from utilizing itself．
