摘　　要：【目的】　了解江苏省 5岁以下儿童血浆维生素A水平及影响因素。　【方法】　采用问卷、体检和实验室检查方法在全省进行抽样调查。　【结果】　 5岁以下儿童血浆VA低于 0 .70umol/L者占 16 .5 % ,血浆VA水平在城乡之间无显著性差异 ;儿童吃深绿色蔬菜次数少和未预防性服用鱼肝油等VA制剂是其主要影响因素 ;性别和年龄等对血浆VA水平均无明显影响。　【结论】　采取干预措施来改善儿童VA营养状况是非常必要的 。Objective To study on the serum Vitamin A(VA) levels and its influential factors in children under 5 years of age in Jiangsu province. Methods A provincial sampling survey was carried out by questionnaire,physical examination and laboratory examination. Results There were 16.5% children whose serum VA levels were less than 0.7μmol/L.There was no significance between the city and countrysidy.The main influential factors were the less frequency of taking dark green vegetables and not taking VA medicine for prevention.The sex and age didn't affecte the serum levels significantly. Conclusions To improve the nutritive status of VA in children,it's necessary and it will be effective to taking suitable countermeasures.
