福康片对阿片类戒断症状疗效的研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察中药福康片对阿片类成瘾者脱毒治疗的临床疗效。方法 :对 12 3例海洛因依赖者的戒断症状药物治疗前及治疗后及药物的不良反应采用评分量表法进行判定。结果 :福康片能明显控制阿片类的常见戒断症状 ,7天内脱毒者达 10 0 % ,尤以 4天内为著 ,对各级戒断症状的效果相似。副作用主要表现为口干、眼花等。结论 :福康片具有显著抗阿片类戒断症状的作用 ,具有治疗的时效作用特点 ,脱毒效率高 ,在适宜的剂量范围内不良反应轻 。Objective:To observe the clinical effectiveness of Fu Kang Pian On releasing the opium withdrawal symptom and signs in the drug abusers.Methods:123 heroin Addict victims were studied by observing the side effects of Fu Kang Pian quantitatively.Results:Fu Kang Pian had obvious effects in releasing the opium withdrawal symptoms and signs when the drug was cut. 100% abolition of the drug was achieved within 7 days of the Fu Kang Pian treatment.Most of the victims stopped within 4 days with different relieving effects to the relative victims.The side effects were mainly thirsty and eyes blurred.Conclusions:Fu Kang Pian was effective in releasing the opium withdrawal symptoms and signs with controllable side effects and low toxicity.
