地锦类中草药的药理作用研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察地锦类中草药的抗炎、止血及抗菌作用。方法 :用二甲苯所致小鼠耳壳肿胀模型 ,观察地锦类中草药的抗炎作用 ;用玻片法进行凝血时间测定 ,观察其止血作用 ;采用打孔法进行体外抗菌试验。结果 :斑地锦、大飞扬草对二甲苯所致小鼠耳壳肿胀有明显抑制作用 ;斑地锦明显缩短凝血时间 ;小叶地锦、通乳草对大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌有较强抗菌作用 ,斑地锦、通乳草、铺地草对金黄色葡萄球菌有显著抗菌作用。结论 :5种地锦草中以斑地锦的抗炎、止血、抑菌作用最明显 ,其余 4种有开发利用价值 。Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese herb Dijin on resisting inflammation, hemostasia and antibacteria. Methods: To observe the effect on resisting inflammation through the earlap swelling model of mouse by xylene. To oberve the hemostasia effect by timing the cruor with slides method. To do outbody antibacterial experiment by means of punch. Results: Herba Euphorbiae Humifusae and Herba Euphorbiae Maculatae controlled the earlap swelling of mouse evidently. Herba Euphorbiae Maculatae shortened the cruor time; Herba Euphorbiae Serpens and Herba Euphorbiae Indicae  had powerful antibacterial effects against colibacillus and dysentery bacillus; Herba Euphorbiae Maculatae, Herba Euphorbiae Indicae and Herba Euphorbiae Prostratae had evident effect against golden yellow grape coccus. Conclusions: Herba Euphorbiae Maculatae has the strongest effects of hemostasia and antibacterial of five kinds of Dijin, the rest are worthy to be developed and exploited, and it also shows some direct meaning for clinic application of the Chinese herb Dijin.
